Karl E. Nell

Benefitting from 34-years of organizational and technology leadership in top-tier FORTUNE 500 firms including Bell Laboratories, Lockheed Missiles & Space, and Northrip Grumman / TASC, Karl currently serves as CEO of a multi-million-dollar startup developing unique R&D capabilities in iterative meta-materials generation.  A seasoned executive, respected thought-leader, and accomplished change agent, he has previously held positions as deputy CTO for a $2-billion systems engineering company, VP/GM for a $100-million national security business, and Distinguished Fellow of the Congressionally-chartered Acquisition Advisory Council. Honored to command at every grade level through colonel, Karl activated the Army’s newest expeditionary military intelligence brigade in support of XVIII Airborne Corps and JSOC.  He subsequently served as Deputy Chief of Staff for US Africa Command and Modernization Advisor to the Vice Chief of Staff of the Army.  Culminating his military career as Army Director supporting the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Task Force, his engagements with senior leaders within both the executive and legislative branches contributed to enactment of precedent-setting UAP legislation. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Boston University, the Air Force Institute of Technology, and the Army War College, Karl holds advanced degrees in electrical, mechanical, and computer science engineering as well as strategic studies.
